I think it would be helpful to identify stewards. We would need a verification process.

Anyone who is identified as, or, represents themselves, as a steward must be verified as such. Either by another steward or someone from their barn that can attest to the fact that this person is a steward or alternate, before they could be recognized as one.

I think that the verification process is the easy part...

My concern as the site administrator, is protecting each and every members right to privacy, in accordance to this site's Privacy Policy.

Requiring personal validation, makes this consideration for private lives rankings difficult...

Unachievable?

I don't think so...

We just need to come up with some more ideas and feedback, allowing us all to understand how we are going to establish members gaining this ranking and then how we are all going to know that a member gaining this ranking remains in this capacity...

Will members have to continually verify themselves, allowing them to keep their rankings?

If < I > outsource the verification process, then this sites privacy concerns remain credible and non-intrusive!
