UPS Freight: Subcontractor Arbitration Report

First we were informed the sad news of the death of our directors Mother . That would be Ken Hall . The meeting convened at 10:00 am . Opening statements were heard . The union called there first witness Business Agent for local 745 KT. he was questioned and crossed . Next witness International rep KB questioned and crossed. Then the company took issue with some of the documents being submitted at that time a recess was called . The company came back and ask for time to check said documents . We returned to a conference by both parties .Were they agreed to recess until Mr Hall who I would say is crucial to this case can get his mother arrangements made . So there was no firm date when it will resume . The feeling on our side is very positive . I know what some folks will say . But it was going very well up to that point. From what I could gather could be up to around thirty days . Just a guess . I personally am thankful we have this process . Keep the faith guys I think it will be worth it .
