I have added a Chat feature to the site:
The design is similar to what Facebook uses, allowing for; Group and Private instant messages.
Clicking on the box furthest to the right will show you; Who is on this site...
Clicking on a username (within this same box) will allow for; Private messaging...
"General Chat" involves anyone and everyone that want to participate...
"New Chat" is for; Group chats...
I believe this is how this works and will be updating instructions, as I use this myself.

To send what you have typed in a Chat box, simply hit "enter" allowing your communication to post, for the other user(s) to see...
